I agree with Drifterdawg. If you get a higher closing rate then the guy who does not do his own work then you need to make a decision on what more worth it to you.
I have never met a sales person (this is not a slam) that does a full install. Not saying they cant just they normally dont.
On the other hand if you don't agree with the rules and you brought it up to them and they have a reason to not pay you for them so be it. Does not mean they are shady just that they have rules you don't understand. If they felt it was better for the biz then they would allow it. If you dont agree then find another sales company that you will agree with.
