Re: modems dropping

Thanks for all the input. Looks like some type of config error did something to some modems that were stuck in (init) and they would randomly knock out the upstream. We upgraded firmware for all model modems and we still had about 10 modems stuck in (init) some would reboot and come back online, but do to time and not sure which ones were the problem we changed them and now the problem is gone. It was a wierd one!!
