I've spent the last 3 days going behind TWC..they go to customers house hook up phone lines backwards & cant figure out why they dont have dial tone??n call in for a "special crew" for every little thing..& run cable lines all around the floor...just wonderin if anyone else has to clean up after TWC installers.....
