I agree with you completly, I paid my subs 80% of what I was paid, most companies pay out only 50 -55%, but then again, I also go out daily and run a route myself, I don't want to loose touch with the installers, they seem to have more respect for an owner that will get out and get dirty daily just like they do.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
