I hate situations like that also, but while i was in College, in business the lesson was " Your job is to get the most work out of your employee's (or subs) with the fewest amount of employee's (or subs) for the lowest cost, and the highest profitability and efficiency"
Can we demonize all the companies out there for doing what they were taught.
I don't agree with it either, and I like the others, will not work for a company that takes a portion of custom work.
