Now you are getting the hang of things. When looking at job ads a first thing I consider is where is it and who is offering the work. After that.......custom work is not
negotiable.........as you said.......the tech does it and gets paid for it.
If some entity wants to sell custom work and schedule it, that would be a different story. OR, if he tech is an employee the proceeds go to the company.
HSPs are famous for wanting a cut of custom work.
