Only if I get to claim mileage. That is the only way, and not if I am an employee. If you are an employee and paying for your own gas without leasing your truck as a contractor, well to say the least, your getting screwed. They cant have it both ways by making you pay for gas and them claiming mileage unless you like bending over. Dont believe me, you can call the IRS. I dont know why you keep defending this action unless you are one of the managers there.
