I was just wondering what every thought the pros and cons were between having a company supplied truck or your own?
Lets forget about who pays for the gas I am just interested in the truck use only.

The reason I ask is most of my guys who are W2 employees with benifits use their one trucks, we do cover some of that cost with better pricing as well as a truck and tool allawance based off a % of their production each week-ie- the more they make the more the allowance. My guys seem happy with this setup to the point I was offering company trucks and they do not seem interested.
