Re: Any info on Comcast cutting contractor prices?

My husband is a subcontractor that does installs for Comcast... It has gone from bad to worse, they constantly drop what you can charge for. Remember when you got paid for everything you touched and actully did at each customers house? Those days are LONG gone and we will never see the prices that were paid in the 80's and 90's hell even 2 years ago... Comcast is the worst one out there. Their greed precedes them. The primes are taking in the rear because they are at their mercy, then in turn they screw us on the prices. So tired of the B.S. not as many contractors are staying in it, because they are forcing us out. No trips charges, trying to tie it all up in one package prices for everything an installer does, no 2 situations are alike, but they try to get you for one crappy*ss price. Haven't seen any kind of increase. Gas prices are going up each day, it cuts into the bottom line, they expand the territory for all installers, they don't care that is the bottom line
