PPC, Ampenol, Gilbert all use different numbers. Just because its got a p3 conn. on it doesn't mean it isn't p1 cable and vice versa! I've encountered this mis match on "new" builds! Contractor runs out of proper connectors but has these p1's hangin' around sooooo....! I guess it's all about "production"! Later, Mike M.
