Re: any info on at&t in chicago area

what I was told is that at&t is removing cables between central offices. I'm guessing that the cables are so old they are scrapping cable to free up space since they have to pay taxes on anything in the ground. AT&T is doing this across the country, I just wanted get a second opinon from you guys.. And what would be the preferred method, rodder rigs?
