Here's an idea, get everyone certified and then dont work for Comcast.
Honestly, that sounds like 1 jerks smart a@@ answer to a valid question that they havent addressed yet. They wont admit to needing you until your gone.
Down the road if your guys aren't certified they will bring in someone elses that are and they will have to pay them more. Unless you are the only one with a full crew of certified installers. Could be a good negotiatating point.
But what's really going to happen is you are going to tell your guys "hey take these courses or else" and if they are local and dont have another option they will and they will be better for it.
