Re: Certifications

Not quite sure what test that would have been. NCTI is a take home study course. Chapter tests and final exam are conducted by a Proctor who can be anyone chosen by the purchaser. My question is, who will pay the $300 for each course? And when all is said and done, 90% of the installers still won’t know how to hang a drop.
