if you lose signal every time it rains you need to have a tech move your dish. rain fade should know happen if it's damn near a tornado. I've seen a lot of people that have directv or dish network that shouldn't because of line of sight. it is 100% the techs fault unless the customer signed off on it. then it's their own stupid fault.
