What would you do if you moved to a new area and ordered cable. You were rescheduled twice because they say you didn't answer the phone that never rang but is working. You have to troubleshoot your own signal problem and present a solution that is doubted till you show Comcast shirts. Then whenever it rains the TV says no signal and the DirecTV symbol bounces around the screen. I met one good tech so far and you guessed it he is overworked. I get really pissed because the Cable modem service suck and everyone complains about their Instant messaging restarting constantly. It wouldn't be as aggravating if I wasn't a former service tech.
