Had the same pain here in Maryland,
I saw the list you mentioned and passed. There are also two other HSPs around here that are also so caught up in their process that they loose everything.
The show up guarantee really looked crazy............How about wrong address, no zip code, misrouted work and duplicated WOs?
I am fixing jobs after the HSPs do what they do.
