If you have dtv hi def, then you'll tell a big difference with the hdmi cable. As we all know, cable hi def isn't true hd with cable, it's digital until the signal gets to the substation then it is amplified, so you have roughly 20% digital 80% analog. If you get dish network, make sure they use the right dish. They're known for trying to get over on people. Make sure you get a kaku from dtv. The hdmi cable you get from dtv is cheap. Don't use it, spend the $50 for a monster cable.
