Huh...? That is plenum cable past the ground block and that is UV rated quad shielded 6...This is on a roof, being secured to a walkway from two levels. The ground is right underneath the block, with-in 3 foot, connected with clamp @ ac unit conduit. Nail me for those ties wraps I suppose...I wasn't gloating.
