That "last man out" idea is great for a well managed company full of employees.
For contractors the use of Change Orders will separate the B from the S.
IF we were all a team working to keep the systems running then.......no problem.......an aerial install, pole to dwelling is thirty bucks everywhere and the ground block to the sets is time & materials everywhere. The weekly checks could be adjusted for local cost of living wherever you work..........but I digress.
The national standard wage is what it is until it goes lower. For me it is an eye sight issue; I just can't see my ass working for less than cost or giving away profit to get work.
