Re: Shouldn't there be a national standard on pay

Start looking into other ways to earn a living. Illegals on bicycles with pruning poles doing disconnects are coming to your home town soon.

Years ago I worked along side people who actually knew what they were doing and held to high a level of professionalism. Today I walk among people that wouldn't know a signal meter from a voltage meter, and the people running the show know even less.

The general attitude concerning their work product is "if nobody sees it, who cares" and has become an ever spreading cancer in this industry.

Very few companies sincerely look to up training their people in the field. It's simply hit and run for as long as possible and then move on like locusts leaving devastation for the next poor slob that has to do an upgrade on a home only to find all of the digital HD boxes and VOIP modems on rg-59 drops and runs where all the levels are failing and your the last man out.

START LOOKING.
