If you are on a mod-swap job the price reflecs the for. and ret. activation (usually around the $40.00 per mod range) . What gets me are the piece price jobs that are going on and they are paying 1980's prices with no activation, only difference is that you have to rent or buy a new meter for $6700.00. I refuse to work a job that doesn't take that into consideration . Look around , there are better paying jobs going on. Good luck
