Re: General Manager

Seriously, if it were me, with 15 years experience and living in Jersey you should be closer to $100K. No shame in that, if you're doing that much for your company then they should be able to afford it. I have 4 managers and I do the general managing. My top manager did about $80K and we're not in Jersey and not a real big operation.
