Well if you are doing that much work by yourself, then your company can’t afford to pay you what you should be getting. I had three offices that covered a lot of country and it was less work then when I was just a manager over one office. Delegate my friend, delegate. Being a GM you should forecast your staffing needs so that you don’t get the night phone calls and have to do the set ups. Managers, supervisors and lead techs… With the right people in place 75k is not that bad, if you wear all the hats, you better save your money because the company will not be around that long to talk big money.
