Ok we’re on the same page now. I did check, and most MSO’s offer must carry channels in HD in the clear. The other channels you are seeing are just not encrypted yet. Make sure that splitter you are using is 1 gig. Try combining the local HD after the modulator and see what happens. Or try the local HD through the modulator only, disconnect all other inputs. It’s a small chance that the QAM with the local HD is on Channel 92 or 102. It maybe that the modulator does not pass a digital QAM, so combining them after the output should work.
