Most importantly you need to talk to a lawyer. In some states it is the mso responsiblity to make sure everyone is paid. Just like if I hire a contractor to say put a new roof on my house. If he doesnt pay them, the workers can come after me. No different in cable. Have your lowyer talk to someone there. Good luck
