After trying to contact the owners for about 3 weeks now. Yesterday I was told by the president of the company that they filed bankruptcy. They owe me as well as some good friends ALOT of money. What if anything can we do to get paid what they owe us. Can we file a claim against the bankrupcy case? I am going to talk to my lawyer and see what he has to say, but I'm sure somebody out there has been in the same situation. If someone has been please let me know how you went about all this, and what the outcome was.
