Hey nate, you realize that crawling through an attic or under a house is still considered part of the free standard installation. Same way with wall plates. I can't believe i see techs charging for, they cost like 20 cents a piece. Plus not having a wall plate will fail a QC.
Now if you come back and say crap like "My company doesn't pay enough to do your job right" Then you either need to renegotiate or find someone who will pay you to do a qaulity install.
Also a shout out to all the installers, Most areas are in need of good techs. Its a great time to renegotiate your pay. You will be suprised.
