I am lost HELP PLEASE

I have a local retailer of dish network wanting me to run his installs, I currently do only cable tv style installs. I don't no what the going rate is as the prime for doing a dish install and also exactly how to complete the dish install. I was wondering what the best way to bid each job or just give a flat rate and how hard would it be to get training on dish installs. Thanks in advance!!
