when splicers hire a green helper, there will be problems. sure we all were green at one time, but when the quotas are high, and the helper is slow, doesnt take it seriously, and is not motivated, of course there will be problems. im all for giving someone a chance to learn atrade,make decent money, but also when a greenie must be told the same thing day after day, decisions must be made.
