With TWCable, I think the charge backs go to help pad the TWCable managers bonuses. It is true, I have seen them create $200 charge backs up on the fly for install work that didn't pay 1/5th of that. At the same time they make mistakes on work orders that cost installers hours a day in time, every day! I will always run away from working for them!
