FCC Ruling on Multifamily units

Read an article this morning in the local edition of the Business Journal about an FCC decision on sole use right of entry agreement s many cable operators have signed with apartment
complexes is now considered a restraint of trade and therefore illegal.
This means that any over builder would be able to enter the property. Within the next six months I expect the MSO's and apartment owners associations will appeal the FCC ruling to a federal court.

What would this mean to you or than redesigning the lock boxes so that the drops are terminated at a multi-drop ground buss and all services are feed from the lock box of the selected service provider?
