That incentive plan has taken affect in San Antonio also ..Its bulls*#t if u ask me ...if the company falls within a certain percentage They deduct from the company billing , ..company deducts the contractor ... it sucks ,,,especially if you do good work and some other numnut is slackin off of just doesnt give a **** about his work .... Qc 's and completion ratio is the main thing , but things like arriving early .. faulty equipment that were working at time of install , but later (sometime in the week ) fail ,..and even cancels per customers at the door factor in the neg. ration ...it sucks ..
