and they deduct 20% when you don't meet the certain percentages in the contract. they have not raised the prices in 5 years. they have lowered them every year though and they will continue to do so as long as the big guys keep comin. (good luck KNight). Last year they added an incentive, i think 2 company's got, (last i spoke with an owner), on a total of 7 occasions through the year. one company's incentive bonus totaled $700.00. not bad to split between 25 techs huh? job well done guys here's your $65.00 each for last quarter. HAH! Oh yea, worked in the system 5 years and heard the one contractor thing ohhhh about every other month for all those years. the problem is the local bean counters they have runnning the install side. they already got all the construction guys out of installs (better pay) and now it gets worse. how bout we just do the work and let TWC pay what they want.
