4doe, I agree completely with those statements. I too have been in this rat race for about 20. Knowing what I know now, if I could turn the clock back I wouldn't even consider this business. Unfortunately there are lying, stealing dirtbags in virtually any line of business. Everything is about the bottom line so ethics and morality have been flushed. I wish I could be more positive, but this line of work is very unforgiving.
