Look, .... installing cable is not rocket science by any means. And neither are most of the other jobs. The whole point of my original response on this thread was that installers are generally treated like sh^t by most (not all) in this business and they deserve better than that.

To answer your questions and reply to your statements

1. I no longer am an installer, and hope I don't install again, but never say never.

2. I've never been one to think a college degree makes an individual smart

3. I've been contracting for well over 20 years, so my welcome wore out a long time ago, lol

4. I agree completely that there are some very bright people and some pretty simple ones in all areas of cable, or just about anything else for that matter.
