Just to elaborate, where the add states "We fixed the problems in full" I believe this should read something like ..... We have to fix the problems in full, as in fix whatever is wrong at that service call address.
Now this is just my opinion, but since I'm hearing they aren't too interested in bothering to return phone calls, they most likely aren't that concerned about correctly writing an add. Or maybe the deception is intentional. That wouldn't suprise me in the least.
