You guys aren't reading the add right. All that stuff that you have to do is the minimum on every job. Then on top of all of that, you have to actually fix what ever is wrong ( the reason why the service call was generated in the first place). Welcome to Cable TV circa 2007, lol.
Oh, and don't forget the $75.00 charge back because the spouse came home and reinstalls their radio shack splitter that they took out cause they knew you were comming. hahaha The end result is an upgraded customer and an additional $45.00 in the primes pocket, to boot, lol. Can ya hear them laughing?
