Just what determines good sense? I commend the way he took care of the frivolous lawsuit but hasn't he overlooked the separation of church and state by quoting scripture as legal precedence? I personally don't believe the 'God' myth and I really don't believe myself to be a fool! Who looks more foolish, the man who believes in a big, benevolent sugar daddy in the sky who will take away all his troubles or the man who believes in himself and his family and friends and their ability take care of themselves? I find it hard to believe that people in a position of power could actually take this stuff seriously! The Bible has as relevance as Aesop's Fables and if you read closely you'll find it has the same life lessons, without of course the religious bent...
