Well all the complaining must of worked in Ill. from what I gathered from reading the bill that takes effect 1/1/08 they reclassified contractors as employees. Im no law expert but if u like reading, google " Illinois house bill 1795" and give me ur interpretation. companies are talking around a 25% cut on piece work!!! with no gas allowance. as said in other posts "there goes the industry.
