You got it!.......What frosts my ass is the (corporate entities) that try to control contractors like employees. Contractors leave when done and send a bill. On the other side are employees that think they are contractors.....read "I done my work, get out of my face!" I have seen companies that share the wealth and ya knoe what... the employees OR contractors will turn out to get it done.
Sadly, the WIN / WIN companies are rare.
