Expedition is alright in my book, but damn that gas money must go quick. I put that in the same general category as cargo van. It has a bit of a benefit over a pickup in that your equipment, tools, etc. won't get wet.
I think we can all agree that universally, a grocery getter in this line of work is any vehicle that has to have it's trunk bungee'd down onto the 28 foot ladder.
I've seen a Saturn that had its roof buckled from the weight of a 28 foot ladder that was tied down through the windows. The ladder was sitting on a couple of bed pillows so as not to scratch the paint.
