Do you have the returns active at all? Most systems I've done we did a forward and return sweep and set the returns up while doing that. Then we put a spectrum on each node and busted the noise. HPF's are only a band aid and are no good if you have a bad active,passive, cable or hardline connector. Thats why you do the sweep and noise mitigation first. What kind of actives are you using most like to have 20db hitting the return chip. Have you set your nodes up yet?
Thats where you start. Make sure your nodes are hitting the head end at the right level. Then you work your way out each leg.
If you have never done it you may want to hire a good company to come in and do it for you. Or find someone experienced to teach you. I'm sure you can find someone right here.
