Re: ever heard of a bucksqueeze?


Never did anything but free climb. But if the company or OSHA say you got to use one then I'll use one. Not worth 75 to 80K I make a year not to.
I remember when OSHA came out and made it mandatory to use extraction equipment when you are working in manholes. I said how can you work in a hole with a line hooked to your back. My boss put it to me vary simply. "You can either use the equipment and follow the OSHA and company rules or you can work else where" Well to me a paycheck in the hand is better than a line at the unemployment office.

Bottom line is things change and in our industry you got to change with them.
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
