Re: 90 Day Policy

the issue i think i really have is i dont have a copy of a contract at all. The only paperwork i ever signed for the company in question was my address and a 1099 form. Other then that i never got a written contract of any sort. other then the fact that anybody who has ever works for comcast knows there is supposedly a 90 day policy to where a contractor cannot leave one contract company and go to another. my current company is in the process of trying to put me through the system and i will let you know how this goes. It is all bull in my opinion. Just because i dont want to work for a perticular company doesnt mean i cant do the job that i have been doing for the past 3 years.
