is not worth the paper its on ..if you get beat on this one in a court of law you hired a cheap lawyer .........there are free enterprise laws that mark this policy as un enforceable ........it is nothing more than a gentlemans agreement .......just like we can be fired for insabordanation ........you can breech this policy the same way by being with an insubordant co.remember your contract also reads in rules that the co. has to follow as well ...........i just breeched this policy .......my comment was .......if you stop me from makeing a living .my linemans tantrum will ensure noone has a job ..........i dare you ......
