California construction code . I cut my teeth on it .....I tell some of the MIDWEST LINE MEN that I humped sticks w/ 4x4s on my sh#t hook to frame a dead end w/ guard arms and they just look at me w/ that blank stare ...it's a tough constuction code & a thick book...if you can build plant in Cali. the rest of the country is all gravy. You'll be gigged if your cont. bond is off by an inch ..At least that's the way it used to be in the 80's
