(as an employee installer). From your post. Call your old manager and tell him he has 3 days to produce funds or documentation for charges backs or you will call the state labor board. If they do not follow through, the phone call from the state will usually cause them to stutter. If the state will get involved (do you have to pay state tax's?) they want their cut and can really cause problems.
If that don't work try a BELL WRENCH (you can get closer before they know what your there for). It will ring a bell or THEIF.
