AH yes, Comcast, the in-house techs have gotten quite lazy, but that keeps the rest of us contractors in work, they MSO think they are saving money... HA HA HA. My husband and I have been contractors for 12 years, have seen 6 different MSOs's and Comcast is here to stay, wish it was any other way...I haven't yet seen an in-house guy do more than 3 jobs per day, which means 15 per week, they don't work weekends here, just the contractors.. My husband had 17 jobs yesterday alone, yes a couple were disco's but 6 jobs were triple play, I would like to see in-house techs do more work, and quit complaining how much they already do... If they did their jobs there would be no need for install contractors
