I HAVE A PRIME EXAMPLE. I take 8-10 FULL installs out a day. And i am done at about 2:30 i will be the first one to wake a customer up at 7:30-7:45 in the morning for an install. And then my dispatch hits me up all day to pick up more work. ANY guy i ever train will not hit the field until I AM comfortable that they will have the same knowledge as me. I have been doing this for 2 years. I am no 10+ year cable dog but i do my job to the fullest everyday and to my greatest extent but yet i never see the payoff. But somehow i convince myself to wake-up at 5:30 everymorning and drive an hour to work and an hour home.
