Why aren't we getting remotely what we are worth?
we are skilled proffessionals in a skilled trade/ craft
not just any one can do our jobs
it takes time and a little creativity coming up with solutions to random situations
somedays are cake and others are hell
experiance gets us out in reasonable time
heard of some guys getting stumped on ....... for days instead of 15 min to an hr
an us as experts in the field are always looking to streamline/ learn new ways to save on time and efficiancy
WHY CANT WE GET PAID WHAT WE DESERVE PROVIDED OUR LEVEL OF SKILL?
